Had to go in for an ear infection- I walked in about 20 minutes before closing and everyone was still professional and polite. The receptionist was great- friendly and efficient. She explained all the forms and was quick. I was taken back within minutes of arrival and vitals were checked by a pleasant medical assistant. The provider, Amber, was so nice, caring, and competent. She checked ears, nose, throat, and lungs. She discovered a mild ear infection and explained symptoms and treatment. I had a few questions, which she was happy to answer. The entire process from check in to check out took less than 15 minutes. The facility was clean and I felt comfortable at all times.

I’ve visited this walk-in clinic several times for both myself and my child, and the service is consistently excellent—truly some of the best around. What sets this place apart is the genuine care shown by every staff member. When you see the nurse or doctor, they take their time with you, and you can clearly feel how much they care about their patients. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate walk-in clinic

I had a really pleasant experience at this location yesterday evening. From the moment I walked in everything went smoothly. I’m typically not one to go to an urgent care but in this instance, I needed stitches immediately. Dr. brooke was great and thorough and the entire process went well.

I had an extraordinary experience at Advent Health Centra Care in Citrus Park. I have rarely had a positive experience at a walk-in clinic. But the Advent Health team made me feel so valued and so cared for as a patient. I went in because of a severe and long lasting deep cough. I am 74 years old and much prefer to just rest, drink tea and recover on my own. But I was getting worse instead of better. From the ease of making an appointment online and being called in before that time, to the kindness of the people at the front desk and the nurse that took me back to the exam room, I was profoundly impressed. And then Dr Brooke Chiodo came in and introduced herself. She asked me a series of detailed and appropriate questions. And I was frankly amazed that she was so thorough and I had no sense of being rushed. She then listened to my lungs and my heart and then she had me take a chest x-ray. And she got the results quickly and she put together a recovery plan and went over in great detail the medications and the purpose of each. She sought my opinion, and I felt truly a partner in her approach to providing care for my health. As I left, I told her that I wished she were a primary care physician so that I could immediately sign up to be her long-term patient. She was outstanding. I left Advent Health feeling respected and seen and I truly felt like I mattered to each person that provided some of my care. I don’t normally take the time to post things online. But this experience was so extraordinary and unexpected, that I thought I should share it with the community that might be looking to find an urgent care facility, where the doctors and the team, have the expertise and will genuinely take the time to resolve your medical concerns. I highly recommend this amazing group of people who bring both knowledge and heart into their treatment of the customers who come for help.

I had a good experience. I didn't have to wait long, the staff was pleasant and professional . Dr Brooke examined my injuries had X-rays performed and explained what my X-rays showed, treated me and gave me follow up instructions. This is the 2nd time I visited this Advent urgent care center and will use again if need be. I would recommend this Advent urgent care center if anyone is in need.

I went to this urgent care on Saturday morning and had a great experience. The attention was incredibly fast from the moment I arrived. The person at the front desk was very kind and welcoming, and the doctor was amazing. They ran tests and gave me the results right away, which helped me leave feeling calm and reassured. I’m very grateful for the care and professionalism of the entire staff.

This was an outstanding experience!!! "Michelle" handled the phones and the front desk perfectly. Next, was "Steve" also impressive. I was in the office for only 7 minutes and he was taking my vitals (dog bite issue). I only waited 10 minutes for Amber Turner, APRN. She was a super star and very knowledgeable. Finally "Hillary" dressed my wounds and gave me two shots. Hillary was also wonderful as she was thorough in making me understand about further treatment at home. I can't say enough about these folks as they were all extremely attentive to accuracy and detail and I was able to get in and out very quickly. Even more amazing was that Advent was able to supply the 2 meds that I needed - it saved me a trip to the pharmacy. Do what you have to do to keep Michelle, Steve, Amber and Hillary. Thank you all again!!!

This facility was clean and welcoming. The front desk people were pleasant and efficient; the wait (with an appointment) was brief. The PA I saw was knowledgeable and thorough. But what most impressed me was a quick connection to the clinical staff when I called with follow-up care questions two days later. Within moments my chart had been pulled up and I had my answer.
